Short and Sweet. Ice Cream Sundae Pizza.

Need a quick dessert that will make it feel like July in your kitchen? Try this one.

Ice Cream Sundae Pizza:

Ingredients:

1 pkg chewy fudge brownie mix
1/2 gallon ice cream (I used 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 chocolate chip), softened
Magic Shell
Caramel Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce
Maraschino Cherries
Whipped Cream
Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:

1. Grease a 14 inch deep dish round pizza pan. (I used a disposable aluminum one)

2. Prepare brownies according to directions. Pour into pizza pan and bake for about 18 minutes. Let cool completely.

3. Spread softened ice cream evenly over brownie. Freeze for 2 hours or as long as a week.

4. Top pizza with your choice of toppings. Cut into wedges and serve.
