2 Ingredient Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Q: Why did the cookie cry?

A: Because his mother was a wafer so long.

Faster than you can say “Oh boy, that joke is silly”, you can have some seriously delicious Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars.

2 Ingedients.

That’s it.

Just spread some prepared cookie dough in a pan, top with Oreos and more cookie dough, bake and eat.

Now that is short and sweet to the max.


Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

2 (16.5 oz each) packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
24 Oreo cookies

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350℉.

2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread one package of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan (Using your fingers is helpful).

3. Place the Oreos in a single layer on top of dough.

4. Take small clumps of the remaining package of dough and gently press it on top of Oreos. Cover as much of the Oreo layer as possible.

5. Bake for 35 minutes or until dough starts to brown. (The first time I made them, the bottom layer of cookie dough was a bit gooey from not having been baked long enough. I refrigerated the bars for a few hours and they were great.)

6. Cool, cut and serve.

Makes about 28 bars
