Short And Sweet. PB Cup Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Sundae.

I have a Pinterest board titled Must Make This. (Have a look here.)

Seriously, there is some unbelievably good looking recipes out there all waiting to be made.

This recipe is one of those. It is laughably easy and heart stoppingly fabulous.

You must make this, too.

PB Cup Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Sundae

Ingredients:

Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (the break apart kind like this here)
Reeses Peanut Butter Mini Cups
Brownie Mix
Ice Cream
Chocolate Syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350℉.

2. Place 1 square of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well of a lightly greased muffin tin.

3. Place Reeses cup on top of cookie dough (the recipe also suggests an Oreo cookie instead. Yum.)

4. Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.

5. Serve as is, or make a super sundae with ice cream and syrup.

Makes about 20-24 (It depends if you eat the raw cookie dough while preparing. Er…guilty as charged.)

Recipe from Pinterest…not sure where the original pin came from. I repinned it here.

Really wonderful without the ice cream.

But, the ice cream makes them even more wonderful.

In honor of the source of this recipe, how about a short song by a band that sort of has PIN in it?

Not a short band name, but a cool one.

****Note: 8/18/12: I learned that the band is having some legal issues so I took the song down out of respect.
Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti-Bright Lit Blue Skies

And stretching the ‘Pin’ theme is a sweet song from The Divine Comedy. Yes there is a pin in Happiness. ☺

“And if it’s all right I’d kind of like to be your lover
Cause when you’re with me I can’t help but be
So desperately uncontrollably happy!”

But, possibly the best lyric is at the end of the song:

“Hey, don’t be suprised if millions die in plague and murder
True happiness lies beyond your fries and Happy Burger…”
