Spicy Dill Pickle Salsa. New Music From Bantam Lyons.


Have you seen this? Tough little buggers.

Liven up pickle relish with just a few ingredients to make burgers and hot dogs extra special. Some onion, tomato, cilantro and spicy peppers make jarred relish more fun.

Spicy Dill Pickle Salsa

Ingredients:

1 jar (10 ounces) dill pickle relish
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 to 2 serrano peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

Makes 3 cups salsa
