This toffee studded, no bake cheesecake really lives up to the ‘Easiest’ claim. It comes together in 5 minutes so all you have to do is wait a few hours for it to chill.
Easiest Cheesecake Ever
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped toffee (such as Skor), about 4 (1.4 oz) bars
8 oz non-dairy whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker pie crust, purchased or homemade
Additional chopped toffee to garnish
1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and milk using a hand mixer.
2. Mix in toffee, then fold in whipped topping.
3. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Freeze for about 4 hours.
4. Sprinkle reserved candy on top of cheesecake before serving.
