Freezing coffee to make ice cubes is such a brilliant idea. No more diluted iced coffees or coffee cocktails.
I’ve seen a bunch of cocktails around the internet that use coffee ice cubes. This riff on a Baileys White Russian is ace. The coffee flavor becomes more pronounced as the cubes melt. Delicious.

‘Mirror’, new from Glasgow-based quintet AmatrArt, is the stuff happy hour is made of. Brooding, loud and mesmerizing, it goes perfectly with a drink.
“Step out off the edge”
Check out AmartrArt on Soundcloud. They will release the double a-side single ‘Mirror/Soft Skin’ in April via Bloc+ Music.
Cheers!
