Remember these Insane Peanut Butter Oreo Brownie Cupcakes?

While searching around the internet I came across this variation on that same theme. This time the Oreo and peanut butter cup are encased in melted chocolate instead of brownie. The result is the most decadent little bites of goodness.

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Oreos

Ingredients:

Oreo cookies
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
White chocolate, melted

Directions:

1. Carefully twist Oreo cookie to separate into halves. Put the Oreo half with the cream on a work surface.

2. Place a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup on top of Oreo half.

3: Put the other Oreo half on top of peanut butter cup.

4. Place sandwich on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.

5. Spoon melted chocolate over the sandwich to completely cover. (I did not dip the treat into melted chocolate because when I tried to do this the peanut butter cup melted too much. It you are really fast, though, it might work for you better than using the “spoon over” method.)
