Coconut Chocolate Chip Muffins. New Music From Maya Kern.

Coconut Chocolate Chip Muffins

One of my favorite television shows of all time is I Dream Of Jeannie. This is one of my favorite coconut related scenes.

And this recipe is one of my favorite coconut related muffins. The coconut makes them so moist and is a natural match for the chocolate chips.

I was looking for some ukulele music since that coconuts tune put me in the mood.

I stumbled on this lovely song by Maya Kern, a college student who hails from Houston, Texas.

Check out Maya Kern on her Website, where you can buy the music.

Cheers!
