Cheeseburger Biscuit Bake. Royal Headache Is Anything But.

This video is worth it just for the Taxi Driver scene. You talkin’ to me???

Definitely double this recipe.

My family inhaled every last bite.

Cheeseburger Biscuit Bake

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (7-1/2-ounce) package biscuits (10 biscuits)

1. Preheat oven to 450℉. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper over high heat, stirring to break up the beef. Drain off any fat then add the ketchup and cheese; mix well and pour into prepared baking dish.

3. Place biscuits over top and bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
