Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies

You know what? I’m in Québec City. Not in my kitchen. There is a squirrel there.

Let’s try and forget that.

Back to my little holiday in Québec City. I continue to be in awe of the power of the internet. I’m 280 miles from my kitchen, but have the perfect crunchy, nutty, buttery, chocolately cookies to share with you.

The cookies baked themselves!!

They emailed me when they were ready, sent some jpegs and I stuck them in a post. We talked amongst ourselves about music choices.

No. I am not loaded. Just silly.

If you like chocolate chip cookies that max out on add ins, you will love these.

Loaded. I have been wild about this song for ages.

New wave boys. Indie girls, Emo boys.

“All the unrequited emo boys get loaded
all the hopped up kids with their junkie friends get loaded. Loaded. Loaded. Loaded.”

(I’m singing along, I’m twirling around the kitchen hotel room.)
