Peeps S’mores

I know. Stop with the s’mores already. Now, not a peep out of any of you before having a look at these macabre melting cuties.

I saw these Easter S’mores over at Bittersweet and knew my kids would love them. They couldn’t be easier to make, either.

Peeps S’mores

Ingredients:

Vanilla wafer cookies
Peanut butter cups
Peeps

Directions:

1. Lay vanilla wafer cookies flat side up on your plate. Place the peanut butter cup on top of one cookie.

2. Put the Peeps on another plate and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. (Children love to watch the Peeps “get fat”). Plop the melted Peep on top of the peanut butter cup. Take the other vanilla wafer cookie and press down on top of the Peep, flat side down.

3. Eat. Repeat.

This chick is not making a peep.

Alright, this is me you are dealing with. I was going through some eye-withdrawal this week. Besides, it is easier to talk to these things when we can look at each other.

Don’t worry, we’re not going to end on that note. Be Happy!
