Okay…on to the cookies.
These super easy Butterscotch Pecan Cookies were a hit in my house. Cake mix and pudding mix combine with just 4 more ingredients to bake into thick, moist, buttery, nutty cookies.
Butterscotch Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box butter recipe golden cake mix
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine the first five ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans (the dough will be crumbly).
2. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
3. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes then remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 4 dozen
