Sloppy Pizza Joes With Broccoli-Apple Salad. New Music From Neon Indian.

Too funny.

Do you wonder what to make for dinner tonight? These Sloppy Joes are so good and so easy. They taste just like meaty pizza, too.

The Broccoli-Apple salad makes a great side. Kind of creamy, kind of cheesy, sweet from the fruit and smoky from the bacon. Nice.

1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
4 slices mozzarella cheese

If you are in the mood for a blast of electronica, you need go no further than Neon Indian.

I have been loving their new song Hex Girlfriend. A little psychedelic, a lot of synth.

Based on this performance, Neon Indian looks like they would be really fun to catch in concert.

Check out Neon Indian on their Website where you can buy the music and find out upcoming US/Canada/UK/European tour dates.

Cheers!

Sean jumped all over the idea that it had “pizza” in it. Salad was tasty. I also used craisins. Great Saturday night dinner to go along with a movie, The Adventures of Tin Tin. I doubled the recipe so we’ll have it again on Monday night, as we ease our way into the week.
