How about salad for a change? This one has lots of flavor and texture. Cheese, too, so you can’t go wrong giving it a try.

Since we have some Dutch cheese in the recipe how about a goofy Dutch video?

You know what? I don’t know anything about Dutch music. I don’t own a single song by any artists from the Netherlands. I think Golden Earring is the only famous band that I can name.

I’ll put Dutch on my ‘music to learn about’ list. In the meantime, how about some songs by Jolie Holland?

Bettie Serveert! Check ’em out if you haven’t heard. The singer was born in Canada but raised in Holland; the rest of the band is Dutch.

I made this for dinner tonight – yum! Our grocery store didn’t have Leerdammer cheese, so I used emmentaler instead which I think is similar and was also yummy. Then I used candied pecans for a special treat and added chicken to make it the main course. Thanks again for a great recipe!
